The Kingdom County Show is one of County Kerry’s leading agricultural shows, celebrating farming, rural heritage, livestock excellence, and community spirit since 1950.
Held annually in our new home in Ballymacthomas, Tralee, the Show has grown into one of the most anticipated family events in Kerry, welcoming farmers, exhibitors, traders, equestrian competitors, and visitors from across the county and beyond.
Taking place over two exciting days each May, the event showcases the very best of Irish agriculture, equestrian sport, artisan food, crafts, and rural enterprise, offering something for visitors of all ages.
A Proud Tradition Since 1950
Founded in 1950, the Kingdom County Show was established to celebrate the strength of Kerry’s farming community and to provide a platform for local farmers and breeders to showcase their livestock and skills and an incredible industrial show, orginally starting out at the Army Barracks in Ballymullen.
For generations, the Show has played an important role in preserving the tradition of Irish agricultural shows, bringing together farmers, producers, and businesses while encouraging the next generation to engage with agriculture and rural life.
Today, the Show continues that legacy by supporting livestock breeders, young handlers, equestrian competitors, rural entrepreneurs, and local producers, ensuring the traditions of farming and country life remain vibrant in County Kerry.
