Trade Stand Pricing & Information

We welcome a wide range of trade exhibitors to the Kingdom County Show. Trade stands provide an excellent opportunity to showcase products, services, and local businesses to the many visitors attending the show over the weekend.

 

Stand Pricing

All trade stands are outdoor spaces only. Vendors must supply their own equipment, including gazebos, tables, display units, and any other setup requirements.

  • 3m x 3m stand: €100

  • 10m x 30m stand: €250

  • Stands exceeding the above sizes: €350

Prices are for the full weekend of the show. Vendors may choose to attend one or both days, however the fee remains the same.

 

What Is Included

  • Outdoor space allocated within the show grounds

  • Access to the site for set-up from Friday

  • Overnight security on site Friday and Saturday

 

Set-Up Information

  • Friday: Set-up permitted from 12:00 noon onwards

  • Saturday & Sunday: All stands must be fully set up before 10:00am

Security will be on site Friday and Saturday night, so stands may be safely left erected overnight.

 

Vendor Requirements

All vendors must supply the following with their application:

  • Valid public liability insurance details

Please ensure your insurance documentation is submitted when applying for a trade stand.

 

Catering Vendors

All catering rights are held exclusively by James Glavin / Advanced Catering.
